Job Summary: As an MSP/VMS Sales Manager at Aloden, you will drive new business growth through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Utilizing your deep understanding of the contingent workforce industry, you will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, develop strategic proposals, and secure partnerships that broaden our reach and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and engage potential clients across key industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and IT, using MSP/VMS for their staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with MSP and VMS executives, HR managers, procurement professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client needs, driving both client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential MSP and VMS partners, utilizing industry events, online platforms, and networking.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns and create compelling, customized proposals that clearly communicate the value of Aloden's solutions.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and developments in the MSP/VMS landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.

Sales Support and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to streamline the onboarding process for new partners and ensure continuous support and engagement.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance overall sales strategy and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in staffing or consulting, with a significant focus on business development within MSP/VMS in industries like IT, healthcare, and engineering.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in MSP/VMS sales and an in-depth understanding of MSP/VMS programs and their value propositions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools such as Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Zoom.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sales hunter approach, well-connected in the talent ecosystem community.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
