About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Samsung Semiconductor. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the memory sales segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the DRAM and NAND-based products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites, including face-to-face meetings and regular communication.
  • Negotiate quarterly business awards, including pricing and supply support, to ensure optimal revenue growth.
  • Create and align sales forecasts to deliver monthly revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Support sales opportunities by providing product information, roadmap updates, product samples, and price quotations to customers.
  • Maintain awareness of major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity, and communicate internally to the sales and marketing teams.
  • International business travel to support customer meetings and sales activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to resolve business issues, plan account strategies, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Support the development of sales teams, empowering their achievements, facilitating self-management, and developing growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in sales leadership and customer account management, with a strong background in the semiconductor industry.
  • Extensive sales experience in DRAM/NAND sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Sales leadership and customer account management experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
