About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Samsung Semiconductor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the memory sales segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the DRAM and NAND sales segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites, including face-to-face meetings and regular communication.
  • Negotiate business awards, including pricing and supply agreements, to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales forecasts and deliver monthly revenue goals.
  • Provide product information, roadmap updates, and technical support to customers to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel internationally to support customer meetings and sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in sales leadership and customer account management.
  • Extensive sales experience in the semiconductor industry or related technical field.
  • Sales leadership and tier 1 customer account management experience.
  • Sales experience with DRAM and NAND products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse global norms.
  • Avid learner with a curiosity-driven approach to challenges and a willingness to seek data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building relationships and offering support.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to exploring new ideas and adapting to change.
