Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems/Storage Administrator to operate and maintain the customer End User Compute environment, which includes various Dell EMC products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, addressing issues, implementing best practices, conducting change management, and driving continual service improvement initiatives.

We will consider a candidate with storage admin experience that is willing to train on specific products that they may be lacking experience.

  • Operate and maintain customer End User Compute environment utilizing Dell EMC products.
  • Manage problem and issue resolution efficiently.
  • Educate and train customer teams on Dell PC portfolio and Dell Wyse Endpoint Devices.
  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements.
  • Implement best practices and educate customer teams on optimal use of Dell products.
  • Support change management processes and ensure compliance with customer policies.
  • Drive continual service improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Systems Engineer focusing on Dell End User Compute products, specifically Wyse Endpoint Devices.
  • Experience with Dell Wyse WMS (Wyse Management Suite) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Dell PC products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Dell EMC products would be advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Dell technologies (e.g., Dell EMC Certified Associate - End User Compute).
  • Experience in training and educating end-users on technology solutions.
  • Flexibility to learn and adapt to new technologies and products as required.
