Position Summary

The User Management Expert will possess proven expertise in overseeing user management processes for extensive ERP deployments, particularly within public sector projects involving large teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the configuration process for end-user accounts, including role design and setup within SAP to support and enhance production operations.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the complete User Management lifecycle, including user account creation, role mapping, assignment, and activation, particularly in relation to Navy ERP Pre Go-Live Deployment phases.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and Government Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze role-related issues and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify and resolve role mapping challenges within an SAP production setting.
  • Assess and determine the existence of any separation of duties (SoD) conflicts or risks associated with SAP transactions.
  • Understand and communicate strategies for remediating or mitigating SoD risk conflicts.
  • Ensure that role assignments comply with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) policies.
Qualifications
  • US Citizenship Required
  • SAP Experience Required
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in DoD Financial Management and five (5) years in DoD ERP.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
