The ideal candidate will excel in customer interaction, order processing, and data entry, ensuring an outstanding experience for our dedicated clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
- Take customer orders and process them accurately using ERP systems.
- Create purchase orders (P.O.s) and work orders as required.
- Enter and update customer data and order information in the system.
- Collaborate with Operational Dept./internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any customer issues.
- Provide product information and support related to plating services and processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a manufacturing or plating environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Visual, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of plating processes and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
