  • Lead and coordinate testing efforts.
  • Attend daily standups.
  • Provide strategic input.
  • Design, implement, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor the team as a senior level resource.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies for large-scale initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to establish and enforce QA standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating testing-related risks.
  • Play a key role in shaping the overall QA strategy and vision.
  • Implement and optimize test automation frameworks for efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead initiatives for the evaluation and adoption of new testing methodologies and tools.
  • Analyze and optimize the QA process for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in creating, managing, and prioritizing work via the team's work management tools (e.g., Kanban board)

Here's some experience we are seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
  • 5+ years, has practical experience and expertise in multiple domains.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress - ability to use the tools as well as setup.
  • Experience reading C# and Javascript.
  • Experience with mobile testing.
  • Leadership in coordinating testing efforts for complex projects.
  • Design and maintenance of advanced automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience selecting and adopting new, emerging testing tools and technologies.
  • Leading efforts to establish and enforce QA standards and guidelines.
  • Experience with risk assessments related to testing.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive.
