Job Title:
Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Lorven Technologies. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software applications developed by our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Functional testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet minimum standards.
2. Regression testing to ensure that software applications are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
3. Automated unit test creation to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
4. Mentoring and guiding junior QA team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
5. Identifying exit criteria for each software application being modified and defining applicable test criteria for applications being developed.

Requirements:
Postman and JIRA experience are required for this role. You must have a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
