As a leading Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) experiencing significant growth since their inception in 2006, we are looking for a proactive individual to take charge of developing and executing dynamic communication and marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Social Media: Be the central point for client communication through various channels such as newsletters, webinars, podcasts, direct emails, and social media. Ensure consistent and engaging messaging aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Content Development & Design: Design captivating marketing materials across all practice areas, maintaining consistency with our branding and messaging. Coordinate the development and execution of an annual content calendar to ensure steady and relevant communication.
  • Event Communication & Support: Collaborate on planning and executing company events, including crafting compelling invitations and coordinating follow-up communications.
  • Internal Collaboration & Marketing Coordination: Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance client experiences. Develop and maintain a marketing calendar tracking key events and activities.


Required Skills:

  • Brand Consistency: Commitment to maintaining brand consistency and providing exceptional client service.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different channels and audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in various technology platforms and tools, including CRM & Mail Merge, Email Marketing, Social Media, Video and Podcast Platforms, Texting, and Graphic Design.


Additional Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in communications and marketing.
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
