Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing support services to the sales team, ensuring timely execution of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the administration of sales processes, tracking information, compiling data, and generating reports to meet community revenue goals.
  • Communicate regularly with the community sales leader and key associates regarding prospective move-ins.
  • Coordinate the move-in process for new residents, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
  • Work with maintenance and operations on unit turnover and maintain availability listings for the sales team.
  • Support the community sales leader in organizing events for lead generation and advancement.
  • Ensure the sales office is equipped with marketing materials and move-in packets.
  • Represent the community at external events and engage with professional groups to enhance awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales performance and marketing activities.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in the retirement, hospitality, or medical fields, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Additional education may substitute for experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic analytical abilities and a working knowledge of the organization.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship databases.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Interaction with co-workers, residents, and vendors.
