  • Develop and maintain the promotional marketing calendar.
  • Assist in strategizing and executing promotional marketing campaigns, with a focus on in-store signage and promotions while also supporting digital, print, and social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional signage projects.
  • Support the creation and management of promotional content and materials, emphasizing in-store signage and promotions, while also contributing to digital assets, flyers, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all promotional materials adhere to brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in managing promotional activities across diverse channels, including both online and offline platforms.

  • Analyze and track the performance of promotional campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Draft communications for Store Operations and In-Store presentation teams to share with the Field to promote marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events in-store or in-malls.
  • Support event coordination, promotion, and follow-up activities post-event.
  • Work with internal and external vendors and partners to oversee the production and delivery of promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all vendor outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve promotional processes and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for promotional marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or promotional roles, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, and Dropbox.
  • Experience in managing promotional events and activities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
