We are a dynamic and growing boutique corporate, transactional, litigation, real estate, and intellectual property law firm on the third floor of the Liberty Hall Building in the bustling heart of vibrant, walkable downtown Alpharetta, Georgia.


You’ll play a crucial role as our firm's face and first point of contact. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and organization skills who is eager to answer phone calls, greet visitors, and genuinely enjoy helping others. We would love to speak with you if you are cheerful, engaging, organized, focused, and detail-oriented


Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support Functions and Document Management:

  • Set up and manage client files.
  • Assist with office inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain digital records by scanning incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence.
  • Manage the file room and document destruction as needed.
  • Handle calendar management for legal deadlines and appointments.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring important information is directed to the right people.
  • Accept and distribute mail, packages, and office supplies.
  • Communicate important information or directions to the appropriate person or team.

Client Relations and Communications:

  • Manage client communications through email and Constant Contact.
  • Assist with PR and marketing tasks as needed.
  • Help plan and host client events as well as other firm events.

Accounting Support:

  • Handle A/P and A/R management.
  • Proofread and edit invoices.

  • Demonstrate a service-oriented work ethic and ability to engage with clients.
  • Have a strong background in writing, editing, and critical thinking.
  • Be self-driven, solution-focused, organized, and able to finish tasks with or without a deadline or supervision.
  • Demonstrate patience and poise in high-stress situations.
  • Be flexible, trustworthy, team-focused, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
