  • Project Management: Oversee SAP project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. Manage upgrades and system enhancements that comply with industry standards.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of pharmaceutical industry trends and SAP innovations, such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP), applying these to improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Pharma-Specific Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. A thorough understanding of pharma-specific processes such as batch management, serialization, regulatory reporting, and supply chain traceability is essential.
  • SAP Expertise: Solid understanding of SAP modules like finance, procurement, supply chain, and human resources, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ATTP, SAP Quality Management (QM), and compliance-related solutions.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience managing SAP solutions within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead teams and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated success in solving complex challenges, managing high-pressure environments, and adapting to the rapid changes in both technology and regulatory landscapes.
