Role Overview

As a key member of the Mars Incorporated Digital Core leadership team, the Segment Integration Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our digital Finance systems and architecture. This position requires a strong technical expertise in system architecture and integration, as well as experience in managing transformational initiatives within large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the Segment Integration Team across all segments, ensuring excellence in execution and strategy.
• Oversee the design and integration of SAP S/4 and Finance "Edge" systems, driving transformative changes in our financial processes.
• Partner with various segments to align on planning and prioritization for both S4 and Edge systems.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and maintain design compatibility across all financial systems.
• Provide leadership in system architecture, ensuring integration with existing deployments and supporting the development of our global data model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7 years in SAP S4/HANA Finance and 4 years leading end-to-end S/4 HANA Finance transformations.
• Strong experience in systems integrations and managing transformational initiatives within large organizations.
• Solid skills in system architecture and integration.
