Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer questions made by customers on the company website in a timely manner
  • Utilize excel to track and monitor vendor communication
  • Research to answer customer questions and reach out directly to the product vendors to ensure accuracy
  • Draft professional responses to online inquires made by customers via web related to product reviews or returns


Required Skills for the Remote Online Customer Service Representative:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, retail highly preferred
  • Ability to be resourceful and proficient with grammar
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
