As the Senior Director of Media/Communications Planning, you'll be the architect of our communications strategy, leading a high-performing team to develop and execute impactful media campaigns that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the overall communications vision and roadmap, aligning it with broader business goals.

· Oversee the development and implementation of strategic campaign plans across both paid and organic touchpoints.

· Approve and oversee budget allocations across the entire communications portfolio, optimizing spend for maximum ROI while ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints.

You're the Perfect Fit if You Have:

· 10+ years of experience in marketing/communications/media planning, with a proven track record of success across a variety of channels.

· Experience in marketing or market research, with a strong understanding of target audience analysis and segmentation methodologies.
