Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven expertise in managing paid campaigns, analyzing marketing data, and using CRM tools to drive success. This individual will be responsible for creating strategic marketing campaigns, optimizing across multiple platforms, and delivering measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and Amazon platforms.
  • Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other data visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across media channels and audience segments to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop new marketing strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign tracking and lead management.
  • Oversee reporting processes, delivering clear, client-facing performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website efficiency and performance for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads), Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and email marketing.
  • Strong command of CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Google Ads Certification, SAS Certified Base Programmer, HubSpot Certifications preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing agency environment or working with multiple business clients.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid ad campaigns and generating high revenue through strategic digital marketing efforts.
