About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Director to lead our social media efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead a team of social media professionals to create and curate engaging content
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, and digital analytics
  • Strong communication and project management skills
