Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at Contel Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. This includes answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, booking rental cars, booking flights, and assisting with scheduling. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in providing executive administrative assistance
- Proficient in clerical skills, such as data entry and filing
