Compensation: $18-$20/hr +BONUS depending on experience

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm


Job Description:

The Dialer will be an energetic, goal-oriented individual joining our growing in-house recruiting team. This is a role for someone with a desire to build strong relationships with potential employees, where you can use out of the box thinking. If you are self-motivated, we will train you for this position and beyond. Cold calling experience/dialer experience preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable on the phone/cold calling.


During your tenure in this position, you will have exposure to the best Sales/Mortgage Originations Training in DFW and will be given the opportunity to learn other key experiences to further your career within the company.


Top 3 Responsibilities and how you will be measured:


1) Out bound recruiting calls to Loan Officers

Measurement: Talk to a minimum of 50 people per week


2) Appointment Metrics set for Branch Manager

Measurement: Minimum of 5 appointments per week

             Bonus Metric: $50 per appointment over metric

             Bonus Metric: $200 per candidate that turns into a hire


3) CRM Database Management

Measurement: Database of prospects and candidates kept track of daily in proprietary CRM, and reported weekly to supervisor.


Job Requirements:

·      High school diploma or equivalent

·      Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications

·      Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Must have a positive attitude

·      Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision

·      Must be extremely comfortable on the phone/cold calling


Essential Duties of the Position:

·      The Dialer/Recruiter will be responsible for talking to a minimum of 50 people per week, schedule 5 appointments per week for Hiring Manager

·      Screen potential candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by Branch Manager

·      Responsible for maintaining the current database of potential candidates

·      Utilize online resources to source for new candidates daily

·      Maintain Master List of potential candidates by creating follow-up campaign for Branch Manager

·      Manage and organize set appointment list for proper follow-up

·      Maintain CRM with up-to-date information for potential candidates

·      Manage and maintain email drip campaigns for potential candidates

·      Responsible for confirming all appointments the day before any appointment set

·      Participate in daily department meetings and provide input or suggestions

·      Encourage a positive and intercommunicative environment between company and candidate


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, a person is regularly sitting in a normal office environment at a desk using a computer, phone, fax and copy machine. This person may occasionally need to lift up to 20 pounds.
