We are looking for our next Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and strategies, sharing insights and best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

- Demonstrated B2B sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. 

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the drive to exceed targets.

- Competitive mindset with a desire to win and achieve top performance.

- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
