Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team in Boston. As a Workday Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our client’s Workday implementaition by integrating new moduals it into various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements, along with comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Workday’s functionalities and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Workday implementation and enhancements.
  • Document detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations.
  • Configure and customize Workday modules to align with business needs.
  • Provide expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and other relevant modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration.
  • Conduct end-user training and support during system rollouts.
  • Stay informed about Workday updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday’s core HCM functionality.
  • Proven ability to align business requirements with Workday capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Workday certification (preferred but not required).


Additional Details:

  • Location: Boston (Candidates must be commutable to Boston at least 3 days per week.)
  • Employment Type: Long-term contract (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
  • Sponsorship: No H1B or other sponsorship requirements
  • Contract Type: W2
