Responsibilities: 

1. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their business requirements and goals. 

2. Configure and customize software solutions to meet departmental needs. 

3. Lead the implementation process, including data migration, system integration, and user training. 

4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase. 

5. Coordinate with internal teams, including software developers and project managers, to ensure smooth implementation processes. 

6. Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including project plans, user guides, and training materials. 

7. Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to software implementation and integration. 

9. Provide continual training and education to internal teams 

 

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 

2. Proven experience in software implementation. 

3. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software configuration and troubleshooting. 

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 

5. Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

6. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. 

7. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). 

8. Certifications in relevant software platforms or technologies are desirable.
