Business Development Manager

We are looking for Business Development Manager to join WuKong Education Group. You will be working in collaboration with executive leaders and management team, and leading marketing growth and outreach efforts to develop, implement, and strategize a variety of tactics designed to improve market share throughout the assigned service area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute in-person marketing events such as seminars, tradeshows and client summits.
- Actively manage booths, sponsorships and presentations to directly engage customers.
- Cultivate new partner and vendor relationships through regular field visits and proposal meetings.
- Source qualified sales opportunities, negotiate and oversee cooperative marketing programs with business partners.
- Implement promotional campaigns and perform on-site product demonstrations.
- Monitor field activity metrics including leads generated, deals initiated and returns.
- Promoting the company's brand image and enhancing the company's visibility and influence.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 2 yrs direct sales/business development experience.
- Native fluency in Chinese & English for prospecting.
- Self-starter capable of independently managing account portfolios.
- Experienced negotiating partnerships and executing campaigns.
- Skilled at qualifying leads and moving opportunities through pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field e.g. Marketing, Business.
- Familiarity with regional customer industries and pain points.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
