Pay Rate: $89.72/hr on W2 All Inclusive


OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Manager with a strong Client on creating, managing, and analyzing reports and dashboards. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of programs by providing critical insights and data-driven decision-making support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using data visualization tools, have excellent analytical skills, and be capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. You will also be responsible for enabling greater efficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence and identifying opportunity areas related to ways of working within project teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Management:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.

- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.


Reporting & Dashboard Creation:

- Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights into program performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to be tracked.

- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards.

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.


Data Analysis & Insights:

- Analyze program data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive program success.

- Collaborate with data teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards.


Stakeholder Communication:

- Present data-driven insights and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of data findings.

- Conduct training sessions for team members on how to interpret and utilize dashboards and reports.

Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously refine reporting processes and dashboard designs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in data visualization and program management.

- Lead initiatives to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.


Tool & Process Optimization:

- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tools, processes, ways of working, and workflows. Key tools include Jira, Confluence and related apps.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5+ years of experience in program management with a strong emphasis on reporting and dashboard creation and process improvement.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively.

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with ambiguous data - proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus but not required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without power and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a highly interdependent environment.

- Familiarity with optimizing Atlassian tool suite, or similar is a plus. Otherwise, ability to navigate technology with minimal direction is a must.

- Must be a self-starter, eager to learn, takes the initiative, and is willing to jump into new projects with enthusiasm, high energy, and a positive "can-do, will-do" approach to challenges.
