- Lead Initiatives: Lead initiatives to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
- Enhance Efficiency and Effectiveness: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tools, processes, ways of working, and workflows.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Program Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management with a strong emphasis on reporting and dashboard creation and process improvement.
- Data Visualization Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience working with ambiguous data - proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Atlassian Tool Suite Experience: Familiarity with optimizing Atlassian tool suite, or similar.
