Insurance Agency Manager - Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Insurance Agency Manager to lead our Agency Sales, Customer Service, and Administration teams. As a key member of our Johanna James-Allstate team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies, and fostering lasting relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and inspire Agency Sales and Customer Retention teams.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with key business partners, including Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
  • Foster lasting relationships with new business sources, clients, and prospects.
  • Expand Agency referral programs to increase business opportunities.
  • Manage Customer Service, office operations, and administration.

Requirements:

  • Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required; Life & Health license is a plus.
  • Previous Sales experience in an Insurance Agency.
  • An upbeat, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up.
  • Staff management skills.
  • Comprehensive computer experience and skills.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
