We are searching for Inside Account Managers (several positions) to drive demand generation. Successful candidates will have a passion for serving customers, a love of sales, and a relentless drive to make that “one more” outbound contact every day to drive sales. As a start-up, we seek candidates that want to imprint their mark on a company through hard work, fun, and teamwork.

As Account Manager you are responsible for introducing NorthSky Supply products to current and potential business customers by telephone. In addition to being responsible for motivating potential customers to take the first step in purchasing our products, you maintain ongoing relationships with purchasing customers through over the phone communication.


Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities


  • Source leads in geographically defined territory
  • Outbound cold calling on those leads to convert them to NorthSky Supply customers
  • Managing outbound contact campaigns to ensure good mix of prospective customer contacts and existing customer contacts
  • Managing existing customer relationships to expand NorthSky Supply’s business with them
  • Tracking critical information in CRM system
  • Driving sales with new customers
  • Solving customer inquiries
  • Occasional order entry for customers


Education and/or Work Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to achieve goals
  • Ability to work in fast paced performance-oriented environment
  • Flexibility

  • Experience in the MRO industry
  • Experience in a start-up company
