Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. This role involves working with customers to understand their needs, presenting solutions, and preparing quotes and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Submit Quotes: Examine quote request documents, drawings, and specifications to understand customer requirements. Utilize NetSuite’s or other quoting configurators to prepare quotes. Prepare detailed and accurate quotes that are complete. Submit quotes within the specified timelines.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly and confidently present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, tailoring messaging to address their unique needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and following up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to prospects through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Documentation: Accurately document sales activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably inside sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Netsuite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and achieving targets.


Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an estimating, inside sales, or similar role.
  • Experience with Storage Tanks is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM and quoting software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
