Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as IT Support (Help Desk/Desktop)
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Active Directory.
- Exp. with IT Ticketing System (Freshdesk, Service Now etc.)
- Exp. supporting Office 365, Adobe DC, Teams, etc.
- Exp. supporting Windows and Macs PC environment.
- Exp. supporting Windows 7, 10 & 11 Operating Systems
- Exp. supporting Copiers, Printers, Scanners, BYOD, & eFax.
- Exp. with DNS, DHCP, SFTP, SSO, etc.
- Exp. installing and setting up VPN clients.
- Exp. with IT Add/Move/Change Requests
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with remote access platform and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and cabling
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have a proven customer service background
