Job Title: Senior Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Manager to join our Global Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective benefits programs for our employees in the U.S., Canada, and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless program management.
  • Analyze benefit plan utilization and program outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recommend new and improved benefits plan offerings through market research and financial impact analysis.
  • Manage vendor partners to ensure vendor performance aligns with company expectations.
  • Plan and implement effective employee communications for benefits and wellness programs.
  • Support all aspects of annual renewals and lead U.S. Open Enrollment Benefits communication strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of benefits design and strategy experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong functional expertise in program design and administration of U.S. and Canada benefits in a multi-national company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on influencing decisions and communicating complex work across various audiences.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand and respond to others' perspectives sensitively.
  • Ability to adapt and be resilient to the company's evolving benefits philosophy and operations through multiple phases of growth.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Ability to build strong, ongoing, impactful relationships at all levels and across diverse social backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated change management and communications experience.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills working with a diverse and dynamic group of stakeholders.
  • A customer service focus with a responsive and open-minded attitude.
  • Experience utilizing Workday and JIRA is a must.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Base salary range for this role is $102,400-$187,700 USD.
