Reporting to both the Recruitment and HR Programs Manager and the Labor and Employee Relations Manager, the Human Resources Administrator performs complex, administrative and analytical tasks to support the recruitment and hiring process, labor relations administration, leaves of absence administration and workers compensation compliance. The Human Resources Administrator performs other duties as assigned.


Essential Functions

· Administers pre-employment verifications processes

· Assists with coordination of recruitment and hiring

· Assists with employee onboarding and offboarding processes

· Assists with labor and employee relations recordkeeping

· Coordinates, administers and executes HR projects

· Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field and a minimum of three years of directly related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; project management experience is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Highly effective program/project management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Intermediate level mastery of Microsoft Excel including v-loop up, formulas, pivot tables, concatenate, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with well developed cultural competence
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain precision and accuracy while working in an environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently, and as part of a team

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work is performed in a standard office environment.
