We are on the lookout for an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager, specializing in the urban mixed-use and multifamily real estate and prop-tech sector. This role is pivotal for a professional with a strong background in digital marketing and a deep-rooted understanding of real estate development, financing, and asset management.


The ideal candidate will possess not only expertise in these core industry areas but also knowledge of adjacent verticals like co-working, co-living, construction, and leasing operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with the sales cycle and support business growth objectives.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media updates, that supports campaign goals and enhances brand presence.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Lead website redesigns, updates, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to standards, UX/UI optimization, and conducting user testing.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and implement effective marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant distribution of marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for enhanced marketing effectiveness and conduct competitive analysis for strategic planning.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and improve lead nurturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing and sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the market.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional management and leadership skills.
  • Strong experience in web optimization, design, content, SEO, SEM.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Optimize, AdWords, Hootsuite, Social Media channels.
  • Knowledge of and interest in Marketing technologies.
  • Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Creative and thorough, a left and right brain thinker.
  • Data driven, understands the importance of KPIs, measurement, tracking and reporting.
  • Team player and collaborator, with a belief in the importance of transparency and sharing.
  • Strong can-do attitude. Ability to pivot as needed.
  • Takes ownership and initiative to drive projects through to completion.
  • Professional demeanor, positive approach, sense of humor.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


Qualifications Booster

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Master’s Degree a plus. MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong focus on private equity and urban mixed-use and multifamily real estate.
  • Deeply understand and engage with the multifamily and mixed-use real estate market, including financing, development, and asset management.
  • Knowledge and experience in related fields such as co-working, co-living, construction, and leasing operations will be highly regarded.
