We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our talented marketing team and play a key role in driving awareness and customer acquisition for various initiatives aimed at the reducing carbon emissions.

The Marketing Project Managerwill:

  • Support Marketing & Program Development teams by leading multiple projects, coordinating team efforts to achieve goals and communicate project status to stakeholders

  • Participate in project status meetings, create reports and document updates through shared project tools

  • Collaborate with partner agencies, including design and marketing agencies to coordinate development of marketing assets, review content to ensure consistent branding and quality standards

  • Maintain project records on an ongoing basis to use for future projects

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Other duties as requested

Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related work experience or 8 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience leading projects and using project management tools

  • Digital marketing experience to deliver compelling B2C marketing campaigns

  • Experience developing innovative marketing projects that change consumer behavior

  • Adaptability, highly organized and able to work in a dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and workflows

  • Strong attention to detail – you are passionate about delivering quality products
