Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager at Arena Club will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our marketing strategies to ensure successful flash sales twice a week. The primary responsibility is to drive 25% month-over-month growth in sales by leveraging various digital marketing tactics including influencer partnerships, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a key collaborator and support the brand and digital team across all business pillars.
  • Coordinate with different departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Launch Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop compelling sale themes and comprehensive launch plans.
  • Strategize around key dates, social media deliverables, CRM support, and other relevant touchpoints.
  • Ensure all plans are detailed and actionable, covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
  • Sales Analysis:
  • Provide detailed analysis and insights on sales performance.
  • Create reports that outline key information for cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions to refine future strategies.
  • Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product and business owner leads to ideate and develop creative marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all creative outputs align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Reporting:
  • Develop best practices and detailed reports based on campaign data.
  • Use these insights to inform and guide future projects and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Site Optimization:
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for site enhancements and optimization.
  • Implement changes to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Creative Deliverables:
  • Drive the production of all creative deliverables required for each campaign, including graphics, videos, and copy.
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Coordination:
  • Work closely with all parties involved in projects, including graphic designers, influencers, and other external partners.
  • Provide clear project briefs, constructive feedback, and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Go-to-Market Planning:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for launches.
  • Include customer journey mapping and personalization strategies to directly impact sales and conversions.
  • Testing Roadmap Management:
  • Manage a comprehensive testing roadmap ahead of all launches.
  • Conduct thorough testing to catch and resolve errors or issues pre-launch.
  • Asset Creation Management:
  • Oversee the creation and management of assets for all activations, including site launches and tours.
  • Ensure all assets are on-brand and effectively support the campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving sales and growth.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Trading card collector; hobbyist
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data-driven insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute compelling marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Management:
  • Experience managing freelancers and third-party vendors.
