Scooter Braun Projects/HYBE America is seeking a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our daily marketing operations. This position involves directly supporting the SVP of Marketing, Promotion & Digital, and collaborating with the Digital team to ensure optimal performance of all artist releases. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career growth in marketing, digital, and promotion within the music industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong instincts, a proactive attitude, is an avid story-teller, and has the ability to contribute innovative ideas to the team on a daily basis.


  • Perform daily administrative tasks as needed, including organizing meetings and sending calendar and conference invites.
  • Manage and submit expenses on behalf of the SVP of Marketing, Promotion & Digital, handle booking travel to ensure seamless business operations
  • Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning, keeping abreast of existing and emerging media and marketing trends.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of content formats across Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and more.
  • Assist in editing content as needed.
  • Have an affinity for data and analytics. Provide direct support to the marketing team, assisting with data reporting on music releases and other administrative tasks.
  • Collect and source data on music releases, and track their performance.
  • Deliver daily and weekly reports to marketing team
  • Analyze DSPs, radio, and social media metrics.
  • Provide assistance with various short-term assignments as requested.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Brands & Ventures, TV & Film, to set up releases across multiple artists and projects.
  • Assist with design tasks, such as building and designing pitch decks, changing text, or resizing images.
  • Manage all of Scooter Braun Projects' social media accounts.
  • Upload social assets for artist channels, updating content over the lifecycle of a song or album.
  • Possess a can-do work attitude where no task is too big or too small to execute.

  • Knowledge of and passion for social media platforms, websites, music streaming services, and apps.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with both creative and business-oriented colleagues and partners.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and balance multiple priorities.
