Job Description:


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Mechanical/HVAC Service Coordinator-Dispatcher to manage and oversee our team of over 10 service technicians. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently coordinate service requests, ensure seamless dispatch operations, and maintain robust client relationships. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our service department in enhancing operational efficiencies and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


* Efficiently dispatch service technicians to various sites, ensuring timely and effective completion of service calls and maintenance programs.

* Actively manage schedules and workloads for service technicians to optimize productivity and meet urgent client needs.

* Oversee and ensure accurate record-keeping of service requests, technician deployments, and client interactions.

* Collaborate with the service management team to develop and refine maintenance strategies and emergency response plans.

* Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring all their service requirements are met and exceeded.

* Monitor and analyze operational processes, recommending improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Requirements:


* Local residency within the Inland Empire area, preferably in or near Riverside or Ontario.

* Minimum of three years of experience in a service coordinator or dispatcher role within a commercial mechanical service department.

* Proven track record of managing and overseeing a team of 10 or more service technicians.

* Demonstrated ability to handle client accounts and ensure responsive service to urgent and routine requests.

* Stable work history, preferably with experience in a reputable commercial mechanical contracting company.


Preferred Qualifications:


* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing scenarios.

* Familiarity with industry-standard software and dispatch tools.
