An amazing global PE firm is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant in their SF office to support a small group of senior professionals This is an amazing opportunity to join a large, well-established firm, in a small, tight-knit office setting. Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm and organize meeting details for multiple calendars
  • Coordinate detailed global travel arrangements
  • Manage and submit expense reports
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Assist with project based work as requested


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years' experience supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced industry
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
