Job Title: RF/Microwave Design Engineer

Duration: 36 months contract (possible extension)


The group is looking for an RF Engineer with expertise in phased array radar measurements. Deliver multi-panel phased arrays. As part of the process, basic characterization and troubleshooting of the array is required. Candidate will utilize state-of-the-art RF test equipment for network and spectrum analysis, phase noise measurement, and time domain signal analysis. Lastly, candidate will be responsible for antenna radiation pattern measurements in near field, far field, and compact range measurement chambers as needed.


Required:

  • -Substantial background in design, fabrication, and performance verification of phased array antenna systems.
  • -Familiarity with high speed interface control implementations and Matlab software development is required.
  • -Documentation of test results in the form of usable figures, PowerPoint presentations, and written test reports required.
  • -RF received technology
  • -Analog and Mixed Signal (especially RF)


Education:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering plus 5 years minimum experience, OR Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 15 years directly applicable experience.


Clearance:

Willing to review candidates who can obtain an interim clearance as long as the meet the required qualifications.
