Radio Frequency Microwave Engineer

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Design, develop, and test RF subsystems using COTS components at HF frequencies and higher (possibly up to 10's of GHz)

•Design, develop, and test analog and digital phased arrays for mmWave systems

•Coordinate logistics of large scale hardware installations including interfacing between lab engineers and site managers/installers


Must Have:

•Hardware: RF subsystem design and PCB board layout

•Experience designing and lab-testing RF subsystem s(e.g., use of network analyzers, signal generators, etc.)

•Experience with mmWave systems

•Experience with 3D printing mmWave filters and components

•Experience with communication signal processing and protocols

•Experience coordinating and fielding RF-based equipment for test and demonstration

•Experience in phased array design from 10's of MHz to10's of GHz

•Experience in measuring propagation loss through materials such as radomes

•Experience simulating RF mmWave components and systems
