About You


You have a passion for home renovation and a strong background in managing production processes. As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our remodeling projects, from start to finish


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle of home remodeling job after the sale
  • Organize and prioritize multiple jobs to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Act as a liaison between the installer and the homeowner, ensuring jobs are completed with outstanding customer service
  • Take and manage all necessary paperwork to complete the job
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and track progress of each project, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to schedule
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship on all projects


Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, construction, real estate, or similar field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime


Supplemental Pay:


  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
