Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Director of Operations at Laurel Lodging located in Mount Laurel, NJ. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple properties within the region. You'll work closely with property managers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability across the region.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills. Must have Hilton, Marriott, IHG regional experience for a minimum of 5 yeras.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience in budgeting and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
