Senior Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager for AlphaBOLD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving growth for our organization. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IT solutions and services, aligning with company objectives and target market segments.
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Work on the SEO strategy for lead generation.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and business development teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our IT solutions.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, case studies, whitepapers, and other content to support sales efforts and customer engagement.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends to continually innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Track and measure lead generation KPIs across all the different practices and service offering.
  • Understand and provide KPIs on MQL, SQL and close rates to the executive team and hold your team accountable to hit those numbers.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles within the IT industry, with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of IT solutions, technology trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience with the CRM/ ERP market - Microsoft Dynamics 365/ NetSuite, as well as A&I and Cloud would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with offshore team is a huge plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business impact through marketing.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
