Details

Position Title: AR/Collections Manager

Position Type: Direct Hire

Worksite: Hybrid (3 days onsite required)

Rate: $75-$80k



Responsibilities:

Direct, lead, mentor and encourage a group of collectors

Prepare monthly reports and analysis of all service revenue and receivables

Prepare customer statements and manage aged customer account balances

Oversee staff productivity for collections

Review appropriate customer account adjustments

Develop collection strategies to maximize recoveries and increase quality

Handle documentation requests from collection vendors

Documents all collection attempts in detail in software application

Review cash receipts report

Reporting on A/R trends



Requirements:

Five years of B2B collections experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

Two plus teams of management experience

Previous use of Oracle is preferred

Strong leadership ability

High level of decision -making ability

Ability to work with strict deadlines

Effective communication Skills
