Influencer & Partnership Manager (Marketing Specialist)

Job Description
The Influencer & Partnership Manager will lead the development and execution of influencer collaborations and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships to foster authentic connections with target audiences in the U.S. market. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage influencer campaigns from concept to completion. The manager will oversee contracts, coordinate with agencies, analyze performance, and ensure campaigns align with brand values and objectives, driving impactful brand exposure and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Identify and establish relationships with influencers and KOLs that align with brand initiatives and audience goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to monitor industry trends and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage end-to-end influencer and KOL campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to align influencer strategies with broader brand objectives.
- Oversee and provide feedback on influencer assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute influencer nurturing programs to build long-term relationships.
- Amplify influencer campaigns with paid social strategies for increased reach and engagement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage and monitor communication with agencies and external partners.
- Handle sampling logistics internally and externally, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain an up-to-date influencer relationship database to scale campaigns effectively.
- Performance Analysis:
- Utilize influencer management tools to monitor campaign performance and pull analytics from relevant tools.
- Compile learnings and insights into comprehensive reports to inform future campaigns.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage communications with agencies, providing guidance and feedback on influencer proposals.
- Draft and review brand and content briefs to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Oversee A-to-Z execution of influencer campaigns, including logistics and deliverables.
- Plan and implement strategies to nurture and grow influencer relationships
- Plan and execute in-person events including product launch events, immersive brand experiences, influencers dinners or luncheons and press trips.
- Plan and execute product seeding for influencers
- Track and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Cultural Awareness: Strong global and social sensitivity to navigate diverse influencer partnerships effectively.
- Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Paid Media Experience: Ability to integrate paid strategies to amplify organic influencer campaigns.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
