POSITION: Executive Assistant with OM duties
LOCATION: New York, NY (In office 3-4x week)
HOURS: 9am – 6pm
COMPENSATION: $100-120K DOE + Benefits + Equity + 401K + unlimited PTO
BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Preferred
Our client, a tech startup in downtown NYC is looking for an EA to support 2-3 C-Suite Executives as well as help with some office management responsibilities for their growing team The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, be proactive, team oriented, and highly organized The firm is growing and someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment will thrive
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
-Provide day-to-day administrative support to C-Suite, and other staff when needed
-Calendar management
-Making personal/business travel arrangements
-Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls (including catering service when required)
-Keeping track of calls and meetings that require reminders and giving appropriate notice
-Office management
-Ordering/maintaining kitchen and office supplies for NYC office + WeWork spaces in CA remotely
-Arrange for catering for team wide events
-Primary relationships with landlord, IT provider, travel agents, etc.
-Handle incoming/outgoing mail
-Any other ad-hoc items that arise in an early stage business
Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
-3+ years of administrative experience
-Positive “can do”, adaptable attitude, warm and engaging personality and strong work ethic
-Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
-Detail orientation
-Entrepreneurial spirit of taking on responsibility as appropriate, and proactive problem-solving skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with LinkedIn, Salesforce CRM, Slack, and facility with technology
-High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
