Job Description:

Seeking a Digital Project Manager to play a key role in the planning and execution of multichannel campaigns aimed at retaining and growing the existing customer base. This position is critical to supporting process improvement initiatives, developing digital communication libraries, and managing campaign operations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of campaigns, contributing to the success of our client's ecommerce initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules and processes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of campaign-related materials.
  • Lead the creation and management of a digital communication repository, documenting touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multichannel communications for the card member base.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to channel best practices when working with business partners and internal/external creative agencies.
  • Lead or support the strategic development of customer touchpoint maps, translating them into actionable digital communications.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive practices, and identify new opportunities for improvement.


Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management across Email, Mobile, Site, and App platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.


Skills Desired:

  • Understanding of consumer behavior and experience in highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Target, and Tableau.
