Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate project outlines that include scope, timelines, and resource distribution. Maintain a comprehensive CRM marketing schedule that encompasses channels such as direct mail, email, and SMS.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure the timely rollout of CRM initiatives and campaigns, including customer journeys and batch communications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all CRM-related inquiries and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing CRM operations.
  • Proactively address obstacles and mitigate risks to keep projects aligned with timelines.
  • Collaborate with external partners for the execution of projects.
  • Engage with diverse teams to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies for planning and delivering effective solutions.
  • Organize events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for project updates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing Project Management role.
  • Proficient project management skills and familiarity with project management software.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Understanding of CRM marketing principles.
  • PMP or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Compensation:
$81,375.00-$122,088.75 Annual
