President, Regional Operations

Titan Electric Companies is a leading national electrical contractor with locations in Florida, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Titan maintains a strong reputation as a leading high-quality, customer-centric service provider which has resulted in strong financial growth since its inception in 2006. As a result, the company has become a trusted partner to its customers and suppliers and has established a proven track record of year-over-year growth. The company has significant opportunities to further penetrate its existing markets and expand into other geographies and service lines.
This position will be located at our North Atlanta area office, supporting multiple Titan Electric divisions across the Southeast. Responsible for working with the Executive team to define and evolve the strategic direction and overall management of Titan Electric Companies. This includes setting go-to-market strategies, team management and development, managing current and developing new customer relationships, and management of vendor relationships. Additionally, the President will be responsible for P&L management and results. The President will report to Titan Electric’s Chairman.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Chairman and Executive team in setting strategic plans and objectives to ensure the achievement of agreed-upon goals for the Southeast divisions.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct the entire engineering and construction efforts for the division to ensure each project is profitable and in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Manage operations of non-union divisions, technical direction, sales, marketing, accounting, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop strategies for growing profitable revenue.
- Ensure all employees are aware of and comply with the Company's operational policies and procedures on topics such as ethics, safety, and customer service.
- Interact with existing and potential clients to build relationships and increase the division’s revenues and profits.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase profitable division revenues.
- Recruit, hire, manage, and motivate the Georgia division personnel to achieve the division’s overall goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Electrical construction experience
- Knowledge of Bid Reviews, Labor Planning, Electrical Units, Estimating Software and Blueprint reading
- Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, construction management, or finance.
- Previous experience in an executive role with an electrical contractor exceeding $150M in annual revenue.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate and operate with integrity, quality, professionalism, knowledge, safety, community, and desire.
- Computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
