  • Have experience in a sales HUNTER role, especially in the area of business-to-business commercial contract sales.
  • Have strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying and closing business.

  • Excel in a commission-based compensation structure with high earning potential.
  • Comfortable with being held accountable for revenue growth.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth through new client acquisition.
  • Develop and close commercial maintenance contracts.
  • Cold calling and networking to identify and build sales pipeline.
  • Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Develop regional contacts and professional network.
  • Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Sales or business development experience with commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning or catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales or pest control) or other business to business situations.
  • Strong relationship building capabilities
  • Self-driven and self-disciplined
  • Must be able to travel within targeted territory (occasional overnight travel outside of target territory may be required)
